Chance of sand, small crustacean or a piece of seaweed or shell to fall naturally in the shell body and to begin to accumulate layers around it to create a pearl, is literally one of tens of thousands.

Pearls are formed due to the protective reaction of the mussels (species that have pearl shell) when foreign body (stimulus) fall into the insight of their shell. First the oyster tries to expel the intruder. If it fails to expel the foreign body, it becomes the core (the center) of the pearl and the oyster begins to secrete layers of protective pearl substance around the irritant in order to soften it. The "job" of the mussel for cultivating the pearls continues decades, to grow to the size of a pea, the pearls are needed nearly 12 years, and to reach 8 mm they need at least 30-40 years.

The sheer pearl layers are separated every second, every minute and every hour of the day. Some mussels "sleep" during certain periods when the water temperature becomes too low, while others - especially those in warm waters around the equator - are active throughout the year.

While the oyster wraps in layers the foreign body, it actually becomes part of the oyster. The oyster accepts the irritant, embraces it and changes it. The shell uses all the creative forces that are there to deal with the intruder, ensconced in her home and make it a perfect work of art.

| 17 January, 2012 23:30

In the beginning you have to make room for Yoga in your daily life, and give it the place it deserves. But after some time, Yoga itself will pull you up by the hair and make you do it.

Everybody can practice Yoga. You do not need of special equipment or clothing. You will need just a little bit space and a desire for healthy and fulfilling life. Yoga postures or asanas affect all parts of the body. They stretch and tone the muscles and joints, the spine and the whole bone structure. But they affect not only the musculoskeletal system, and the internal organs, the endocrine and nervous systems and keep the whole body in good health. Yoga postures  release huge energy potential, removing physical and mental stress. Yogic breathing exercises, known as pranayama, vivify the body and give power over the mind, leaving behind a sense of cheerfulness and peace. And practicing positive thinking and meditation, clears the mind and strenghtens the mind and concentration.

They believed that the soul of a man is his true character and action, emotion and intellect seen as moving three forces of the body. To allow full development, these three forces must be in balance. based on understanding relationship between mind and body, they create a unique method for maintaining this balance - a method including all the necessary physical health movements with breathing techniques and meditation, providing peace of mind.
